What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee to Amplify includes access to all the talks, workshops, and events that are occurring during the conference starting on Friday afternoon with the Martin Luther King Memorial tour and ending at 3PM on Sunday.  The optional outing on Sunday IS NOT included in this fee along with one of the meals on Saturday so you and your friends have time to explore the city around the conference area. 

Accommodation is also NOT included in the registration fee.

Since accommodation is not included in the registration fee, how do I find a place to stay while in Atlanta?

As part of the Amplify Conference, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown at 866 W. Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.  The room block is for $169 per night and can be shared with friends. Please see Lodging/Travel page for more details.

You can also book condos/rentals in Midtown via AirBnB as well!  There are plenty of options near The Garage (848 Spring Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308) where the conference will be held. 

If I am coming alone and would like to share a room with others, is there a way for me to do so?

Yes!  If you need a roommate, you can fill out the Google Form provided when registering and we will connect you with others who are also looking for a roommate!

What are the cancellation rules for this conference?

You may cancel up to August 31, 2019 with a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2019.
